Workflow for texturing?

Hi,

Im looking for a worflow tuto. Let me explain my situation… I got a hi res model and i want to texture it in zbrush but the topology is not right. If i redone the topo and go back to zbrush, i’ll lost all the detail… Is there a way to texture the hires and bake it to the low res mapped? (the hires is not yet mapped and i finnished all the detail…)

I know it’s a dumb question but anyway! Im searching for that since long time…If u have to link to a tuto it will be very appreciated!!
