Workflow for mass update of UVs?

Is there a better way to mass update uvs other than importing them one by one?
Lets say you have a highish number of subtools 20+ .

My current workflow is :

model in maya
sculpt in zbrush
export back to maya
relax or adjust uvs in maya
re-import uvs <----- any way to do this faster/automated
export displacemnet maps
