Workflow between 3ds max (vray) and zbrush

Hello everybody , I really need your help and advices.
I use 3ds max and vray, and I have to do a product visualisation of a popsicle (ice cream like magnum with chocolate , nuts , and a bite on the ice cream) I want to create a base model in 3ds max , export it in zbrush, sculpt everything in zbrush (nuts bite cracks etc) and then export everything in 3ds max.
The problem is that I don’t know the workflow , how does it work ? Il divide the low poly model , sculpt but and after ? What is the workflow ? Do I need to export the high poly model ? I heard about projection too , well my question is how would you do ? What is the workflow ? Is there any real tutorial to show all the workflow from A to Z ?
