Your UVmaster is for 4R4.
Go download the updated version http://pixologic.com/zbrush/downloadcenter/zplugins/
Fixed…re-Mrgb - then i go to materials, load - Zdata - basic Material - Save project - Close Zbrush - open again and Uvmaster works again.
