Wonky Zbrush Displacement Maps

Hi,

I’m currently working on a Game & Watch model, I took it into ZBrush to make some scratches and the kind of wear and deterioration that could appear with time passing but I’m having a problem with the displacement maps, I get elevation data on the edges and corners of my parts even though it has been untouched during the sculpting process.
I guess my ZBrush setting are wrong, but here is the how I do it:

The settings in Multi Map Exporter (I don’t have “adaptive” on or “DpSubPix” over 0 as it takes too much time and my machine couldn’t export the maps with its current hardware):

I don’t understand why I get black and white in my displacement map where I haven’t applied any sculpting modifications there, has this situation happened to you in the past or do you know what could cause this?
Here is a link to a zip of the ZBrush tool with the details and an .obj if you want to try to check: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1wujvsydpgn509w/SCREEN_FRAME.zip?dl=0
