This is my first attempt to sculpt a woman in zbrush, I have to say it’s very different from sculpting aliens and monsters. Much harder because of its “simplicity” and getting the correct proportions, this was a long process in wich I’ve learned a lot but still have so much to learn… I tried to achieve photo realism in the render but it seems something is missing and more difficult to detect the flaws after hours sculpting and render adjustments.
the face looks very good. The thing that stood out to me as being CG are the eye lashes. Maybe those could be tweaked a little. Also, the eyeballs might be just very slightly too big. theres actually a little bit of space on both corners of the eyes, the eyelids don’t completely rest along them all the way to the corner.

Thanks for the tips, yes the eyelashes needs some adjustements and the corners of the eyes as you mentioned. Another very hard thing to make is the hair that I want to add when I learn to do it
Yeah, smaller eyes, more randomness in the lashes. And I don’t think the ears are setting right against the skull. MOST ears stick out, and their major plane does not run parallel to the side of the head.
I don’t know, I think it is perfect. I know some might suggest changes to the eyelashes or the eyes, but I’m sitting here looking at girls with their lashes made up just like that right now, so… leave it alone, it’s done. And it’s very good.
I think she looks lovely…especially with the texture…very nice…care to give some small tutorial?
nice model, how long time in progress work?
may’be this is something for you

Thanks, it took some months. It took longer to learn retopology and make it sort of correctly to optimise definition in low poly, also couldn’t figure how to aply good displacement maps in max 2010 so I used a normal map. I’ve also learned a lot of mental ray, sss and lights in the process.
Thank you. The sculpt was made with lots of references, help and suggestions from a friend, the texture was with zaplink from real photos, I could post the render settings when I have the chance.
Thanks! but it’s far from perfect. That’s just the impossible goal
nice model
