This character was my submission on Magic The Challenge, a new brazillian challenge for 3D printing organized by the team from Orbtal Studios. I’ve got 3rd place in the challenge. So we had to choose a card from Magic The Gathering’s awesome illustrations and translate it to a 3D printing ready piece. To push myself even further I decided to render it in Marmoset for presentation and do all the PBR workflow as if for games but skipping some unecessary steps like retopology (considering that the final product won’t be animated). It took me a bit more than 2 months to do it.
