Very nice!!!
But I have to admit I am partial to completed items and this is really good.
Thank you for another breathe of fresh air.
Great robot!!! Really like it!!!
Well, thank you both! I’ll direct your kind replies to my copy of Wings3D, the software that does one thing straight: modelling!!!
What I mean: you can’t do terraforming in Wings, you might have difficulties to do your website with it, and when it comes to make some coffee you’re on you’re own.
Still it is of greater use then many other high priced/praised softs!!!
so much about Wings3D, my concern is how much will it sell later? how long has it been free?
I only use what I can affort because of curency exchange. A little unfair to me though.
No need to nag: Wings was free, is free, and by my best guess it will be free in the future.
I honestly tried to understand your point of view, filip, but: if you stay with “that’s to costly, and this is to cheap!” I wonder how your toolbox will look a few months from now??
Perhaps you might want to TRY one of the softs in question maybe for a day or two ( I know, it’s a VERY long time to judge the useability of a software!!) - before you present your statements?
Anyway, this IS interesting!
looks good!
recently I have been thinking of making a robomech in ZBrush, and it seems like the kind of project where not-quite-newbies could put something together after playing with various objects and their settings in the Tool palette …
apparently no one was inspired by my Potato Head idea
Wow, cool robots! Could be a nice addition to
Mesh-warrior series, although the center of
gravity point on this one is questionable.
I really missed models with sharp edges and
great mechanical details. Good texturing too!
