I am running Windows 2000 on 2 separate machines with the demo and a wacom intuos2 tablet running the latest wacom drivers 4.72-4.
If I sculpt with the brush with the red dot - Zbrush generates an error and then has to quit. It happens all the time. If I use the mouse no issues (logitech).
Why is it quitting? I saw the product at Siggraph and really want to buy it - but with all the crashing - I’m not sure now.

I had a similar problem when I first migrated to Windows 2000. I have a Wacom 8x5 and I had one or two crashes at the very start. I had a dodgy graphics card at the time and I upgraded to a Geforce 2 64meg with the latest nvidea drivers and for some amazing reason I never had a tablet related crash ever again.

I updated to DirectX 8.1 and - FIXED!
I suggest that anyone interested in fixing this issue try drivers and Direct X.
