Hi guys
I have just installed Windows 10 and I am having a problem with ZBrush.
Installer worked ok, during which it asked me which version I wanted to run when clicking the icon, so I chose 32 bit.
I get the same 2 desktop icons as on Windows 8.1, but only the 64 bit version works and it is running the 64bit version.
When I try and start the 32bit version I get the following error …
“The application failed to start because of a side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.”
Hope someone can point me to a simple fix.
