I’ve done some looking around and haven’t found anything anywhere about this.
I let Windows install the Creator’s Update yesterday, and ever since, my ZBrushCore interface has been a little weird. See the attached screenshot and you’ll see that, despite the application being maximized, there’s a border at the top and left that shows whatever is behind the program (in the screenshot, it’s Chrome and the Windows taskbar).
I never experienced this prior to the Creator’s Update. I want to see if anyone else is experiencing this, and if anyone might know a fix for it.
If it helps, I don’t think I’ve made any changes to the UI. Any changes I make to preferences or the UI never stay when I close the program (which is incredibly irritating; I have to dock the Transform, Stroke, and other panels every time I start it up).
We’ll look into this. You may find that minimizing and then maximizing ZBrushCore cures the problem.
If you make interface changes you need to store the configuration for them to be available next time you start ZBrushCore - press Shift+Ctrl+i on the keyboard or press Preferences>Config>Store Config.
No combination of minimize, restore, and maximize yields any change.
Thanks for the tip regarding config changes, though.
