Why is this happening to my displacement map?

When im exporting displacement map from zbrush to maya, it gets very inacurate.

Does anyone have any suggestion what might be wrong?

I was thinking there can be a Uv thing, but i cant find any wrongs with that either.

Im exporting the displacement as 32 bit
