Why do hard edges between polygroups (see pics) sometimes get wavy when Zremeshed

I have been using Zremesher on different models like this though with the same type of construction, but I am getting different results. Sometimes completely perfect but sometimes containing some wavy hard edges.

These models containe parts that were booleaned together in another app, and all the hard surfaces were separated into individual polygroups in Zbrush. I have Zremesher set to: Keepgroups, Same (amount polygons), adapt on, smooth groups set to 1.

My question is sometimes after applying Zremesher, why might I get a wavy edge between the poly groups where a hard edge was? Any Ideas on why this happens and how to avoid it. Thanks.

I have Zremesher set to: Keepgroups

Turn this off…

If you turn off , keep groups, then I belive you loose the hard edge crease completely?

Thanks for the reply Regnas , I tried it out.
Here is the result of turning, keep groups, off.
Interesting I didn’t loose all the hard edge creases.
But not all of them were maintained?

So Still looking for an answer.

Thanks

I found the simple solution to the problem.
I just divided the mesh once, and then all was well, defiantly needed. to, keep groups, on.
here’s the result, nice remeshed boolean joint and hard edges maintained.
