Which graphic card would you recommend me in order to manage comfortably millions of

Hello friends.

I can invest till 200 € in a graphic card for working among zBrush, 3DSMAX (Corona renderer) and Photoshop.

And I have the dillema between the nVidia 750 Ti OC 2GB DDR5 or the Quadro K620 2GB DDR5.

I’ve read that the Quadro series, even in the case of the low end K620 can manage more than 20 million polygons without difficulty meanwhile the rest of grahpic cards of this price range can’t do that.

This is due to the drivers nVidia create for Quadro series , isn’t it?.

I don’t need to use the CUDA Cores neither play games with the latest and highest settings because the most important for me is to manage iwhtour problems millions and millions of polygons in the 3DSMAX viewports and of course, for sculpting in zBRUSH.

So, could you help me with my decision?.

Thank you very much.

A graphics card is important to other programs, especially those that do real time rendering, but will have little if any impact in Zbrush. Zbrush is almost entirely CPU driven.

On the bright side, Zbrush can comfortably handle millions of polygons even on relatively modest hardware.

Thank you Spyndel.

I also have the GeForce 750 TI and it really doesn’t matter with ZBrush. But rendering in Keyshot and Octane is nice and fast with this card.

Keyshot is a CPU renderer and doesn’t matter what video card you use. However Octane is a GPU renderer and so your video will matter there.

There’s not a lot of difference between those two cards. If your going to get a workstation card I wouldn’t get a low end one like that. Personally I think you’d get better value with the 750 TI.
