Where to post this challenge?

I have just read the rules for the challenges forum (thankfully!) and see that ‘Challenges should be non-commercial in nature’ and that ‘Unacceptable posts include requests for ZBrushCentral members to create something on your behalf’.

My challenge would be both of the above so my question is where should I post a competition that I want to run with the intention of finding the best person to do some Zbrush work for my potentially commercial project?

I think it is because the challenges forum is for competition. I would just post in the main forum that you want some folks to try out for a job, and see what interest you get. Why would you not just go on previous work though? People might see it as going through unnecessary hoops.
