I’m fine and wish everyone at ZBrush Central a Happy New Year !! I visit ZBC a couple of times a week and am delighted by the work of the New Breed here–I use ZBrush a lot in my plot to create a totally new type of HomeMade animation http://zed.cbc.ca/go.ZeD?user_id=30676&query=user+content&ROLE_ID=2&page=search-results

also I’ve been away training and competing and I’m now the only man in history to have bench pressed 515 pounds at the age of 60+ (62)

what training do you do static contraction holds? Iv tryed this type of training and did wonders for me. 515lbs great stuff.
