where is alt+ intial letter to autodock the palettes .. :) A littel cuestion, ZB 3.1

Hi, first, yeah… im realy like the new interfase… design … realy nice…

but i have a littel cuestion, why or where is now the hotkey to autodock the layouts? in ZB2 or ZB3 im realy use the comand ALT+ T = autodock the tool palette in left or right. or… ALT + X = texture palette …ALT + A alpha palette… etc :slight_smile: .

but nothing it happens. im try to use the new hotkeys but… the only i made is appear in the place a have the mouse. is a way to obtain again this.??? or is simply removeed :frowning:

Currently these aren’t available but I miss them myself so I am trying to find a scripting solution. I’ll let you know if I manage it!

BTW, Marcus im think can speak with pixol team, i try to say, a littel opinion with my complete respect and admiration. allways see a pixologic and zbrush like to innovator and powerfull team, but I think change constantly the pipeline and workflow is not soo good, and with instabilities on software.
I know the dificult of the process of design and programing, but , soo far soo quick, is not soo good, in my humble opinion, i love zbush and I admire inovate, is only one opinion, mybe yours take or not. Realy thanks and keep the inovations, with hotkeys =’)

I understand your point of view. But it must be a very difficult task as a software developer to decide who to please when a program is as complex as ZBrush. Follow one direction and the people who liked the other stuff will be disappointed - but it’s impossible to please everyone! Fortunately zscripts are very powerful and can often help. :slight_smile:
