Where I can adjust to ZBrush opened and closed not smoothly?

I want the window to launch and close program not smoothly. Can it be done?

If you are referring to it fading in and out, go to “Preferences > Interface > Misc” and set “Fade In Duration” slider to 0 then save configuration (Ctrl+Shift+I)
