One of the biggest, if not the biggest features I was looking forward to in v3.0 where the Topology tools. While they worked to a certain degree, I couldnt rely on them to do a complete topology from head to toe, which also made me stick to my old methods of making a good base mesh with reasonable topology.
Problem areas where inner eye lids, inner nose,fingers and toes. I would be happy to pay for a update that had extras, but had all the topo tools refined with better (Project all) accuracy.
For anyone out there that knows how long it can take to build a character poly by poly, or even boxed modeling, having good topo tools is complete bliss.
Edge snapping would be a great feature as all then inner eyes and inner mouth edges would be easy to build new topology on.
