I want to post a feedback about a dealership about their after sales service. If I post it online, will the managers of the company see it or is it only viewed by customers? I also tried posting feedback on the company website and writing an email to the dealership manager, but I think it is not enough.
Hi, Leanna:) Yes, I think there are still websites that you could post your feedback that might help you. Why not try posting it here or others like Facebook. Who knows others might be wanting to relate with your experience and could share their stories also.
Thank you for your reply. I actually posted on FB and Twitter and got good responses. In fact, the manager of that particular store called me to apologize. That was enough for me.
I have experienced the same and what I did was to formally complain through a business letter and hand it over to the manager-in-charge. I kept my composure and just speak whenever I was asked. The thing is, I realized that when you nag about something, it makes providers either irritated or less accommodating.
I agree. I actually considered posting in yahooanswers because it looks like the site gets a lot of audience, but then I said, what is the point? I will just spread negative vibes and I really really want to attract more positive vibes. small_orange_diamond

Did you get any freebies from the manager?
