When ZBrush 1.23???

Hello,
I have bought ZBrush few month ago (9 May 2001). Pixologic sent to me a password to download Zbrush 1.20c (Beta version).
I have sent three mail (26 July, 30 July and 3 August) to Pixologic ([email protected] and [email protected]), but … i don’t hear anything.
Today (10 August 2001) i don’t have any password to download ZBrush 1.23.
I don’t know what to think, but i want share this problem with all user.

p.s. i hope to download ZBrush in the next days (if Pixologic crew are not in holiday).
Anyway, until now i have pay $269.50 for a beta…

Pixologic has been very busy lately getting the newest version of ZBrush ready for download, so I’m sure that’s had a lot to do with it. :wink:

Have you tried using the same “Password” that you were given in the past? :qu: Just a thought.

Next time you make a post regarding this, title your post something like “Question For Pixologic” or “Attention Pixologic”, that might bring a little quicker response. :slight_smile:

I’m sure you’ll be hearing from Pixologic very soon, try to hang in there my friend. :smiley:

I only received the email that you sent me on the 26th. That was the last email that I received from you.

I also sent you an email on the 26th. You did not receive it? I will try sending it again to your email address.

Could this be connected with the earlier problems that we had sending to your email address?

Hi ZuZu,
i don’t know if my email have problem, but i receive emails every day from Mapinfo, Borland, Delphi3D, TurboSquid, ecc.
I receive your email at 19 July (my first email was 16 July).
I was think that 20 day was enough to receive the password to download ZBrush.
But i’m wrong…

I hope this problem will solve fast.
