When moving one subtool another one moves with it

Hello,

I have a subtool selected but when I go to move it, the only other subtool is moving with it. I’ve never had this problem before and assume it’s a glitch? Any advice on how to fix this?

I think it was a glitch.

I solved it by saving the other subtool as a project and making the project as a sutbool and then they moved separately.

Weird glitch.
