When is Apple Silicon Support finally arriving?

Hey there. I was counting on Pixologic to give us a universal app, even though running ZB through Rosetta is a great experience - even on a Macbook Air M1.

My only concern is that

• Maxon will not provide an Apple Silicon Version within their promised window of free upgrades. I don’t remember seeing any updates since the merger, but maybe I missed something
• Once Apple drops Rosetta I’ll be forced to upgrade, then to Maxon’s conditions, which I didn’t sign up for when I bought ZBrush. Or switch back to noisy, hot Intel hardware, which is at least as bad.

Is there some official info for the future roadmap of ZBrush? Will there be at least permanent licenses with discounts for existing customers?

Is there some official info for the future roadmap of ZBrush?

Maxon and ZBrush development staff cannot and will not comment on future development plans for the program beyond what has already been officially announced. If I were to mention something casually in my capacity here and the situation changed people might be upset.

The current official system specs for ZBrush can be found here. Any decisions regarding ZBrush or the hardware used should be made based on the present information.
