Ok, my question is, when I click rmb in area this rgb label appears. Always.

When you right click by default it brings up a quick pop-up with a lot of useful, often-accessed functions, allowing you to do things like change color or brush stroke where you’re working, instead of drifting your hand to some other control elsewhere on the UI.
If it bothers you, it can be disabled in Preferences> Interface > Navigation > Enable RightClick Popup (disable then store configuration).

But How can I zoom in Zbrush now?

In 3d edit mode you can either Ctrl +RMB to zoom, or Hold Alt + LMB, then release ALT while dragging with LMB to zoom. The latter function is designed to accommodate tablet users.
Be sure to update to the most recent version of Zbrush. It is free for registered users.
