What is the best pressure sensitive all in one tablet to run zbrush..?

hi i have been really thinking about mobility of tablets and portability and what it can add in terms of availability at any time any where… specifically something that has enough pressure sensitivity and power to be upgraded enough to run zbrush smoothly… so far the only option i found really that comes close is this model by asus, http://www.asus.com/Eee/Eee_Pad/Eee_Slate_EP121/#specifications so i was wondering if any one here in the zbrush community has had a chance to use this with zbrush and what they think in terms of performance and pressure sensitivity of sculpting and photoshop… also wanted to ask if theres anything else out there that is better than the asus ep121 that would be better for zbrush… or would it be better to wait a year or two for the technology to be improved but yeah please let me know what you here in the zbrush community think love the idea of portability…

But yeah just wondering what options are available to us zbrush artists…?

That Asus and the Samsung Series 7 tablets are the best choices. There’s also the Axiotron Modbook, but that runs MacOS. I have not tested any of those, but I think they’re powerful enough to do some good sketching/sculpting in mobility.

BTW, take a look at this forum and tabletpcreview’s one as I have seen some posts about this from people running Zbrush and other cg apps on tablets.

Personally I would get a laptop and a Wacom tablet if you want portability. Tablet PCs are still fairly new and the tech and stats will only be increasing while the prices will be dropping. I know the tablet pcs are better portability but for now I would wait. 6-12 months can make a big difference, not just hardware but price.

That’s true. I bought an ExoPC last year to test it and see if I was able to do some work on it, but it lacks of power an enough ram, and the touch panel is capacitive. This should be a plus, but for sketching or sculpting where you need point accuracy this is not the best. It has to be a Wacom dual input technology.

Now that Win8 is around the corner, I would wait to see what manufacturers have to offer and I think that by the end of the year there should be good powered tablets at lower prices.

I use ZBrush on the ASA ep121 slate. I got a smaller bluetooth keyboard after seeing one in a video and it’s a match made in heaven.
