Hi Zerok5u!
I’m no expert on computers, but IMO lots of RAM (as much as you can afford; 16GB is a good ballpark figure for you to “comfortably” use ZB with Keyshot, and 8GB is the bare minimum) and a good processor (i7 quad core or better) are 2 of the most important aspects for a ZBrush setup. ZBrush doesn’t use your PC’s GPU and neither does Keyshot, so I don’t think you have to worry about getting the best graphics card, but a good one never hurts, of course.
An SSD to install ZBrush in and use as a scratch disk will also help dramatically decrease loading time as well. While not entirely essential, it will cut down on waiting time when you load really large files and/or very long undo history lists.
Can’t make any recommendations on requirements for Photoshop, though.
You can also use Pixologic’s system requirements page for the recommended and minimum specs and work from there: http://pixologic.com/zbrush/system/
