Very dynamic pose, you seem to have captured that moment of agony mid change quite nicely.

And I must say, that left ribcage aching to burst out of his torso is greeaat.

I would love to make a werewolf some day as well. I think you have some great energy and emotion in this piece as well as some very nice anatomy, clothing folds, etc.

Just curious: why did you spent so much time on retopogy? your base mesh looked already super clean…

zber2 , j lizzle - thanks guys! the hair is very simple, i did in max with hair and fur and after i transformed in polygonos and exported to zbrush.
