Weird mesh behavior when rigging with zSpheres

Sorry for noob question but is this waves is normal for rigging with zSpheres?

Posing should be done on a lower subdivision level if you are using a ZSphere rig. Then you won’t get the waviness.

Yep, i I watched these videos. But i worked on lowest subdiv level (this cylinder mesh contain only one subdiv level). Maybe its happens cose mesh contains too many active points (cylinder in this two pictures contains ~1000 active points).

Also waves disappeared when i create more zspheres and rotate all “chain”.
