Got my 60 hunter some Very nice equipment today in Zul Gurub. 
Bicc this contest is limited to the countries of the people who play on the american and oceanic servers. I suspect that Europe and the Far east have their own seperate contests. At least I hope so. Because I consider it a bit unfair that wicked and others here we know, cant compete.
I would Love to see a Z artist win something and if you dont like the prize there is always cash!

Tartan, here in India such contests are held more locally, simply because we cant pay wow monthly fees.
It might be 20-30 $ per monthly there but that amounts to over 1.5 k for us Indians
No one will spend that amount on game, untill he has lot of money to waste.
