great work marko. love the concept and the details although i think that the leg thats holding the voodoo doll needs some work and refining. everything else is just awesome !!!
ill be watching this one !
Hey… this is really good stuff! How “quick” could it be? Excellent character and attention to detail.
Curious about that “feathery” stuff you have (the long thin tubes)… How did you make this? Is this done entirely in Zbrush?
A minor critique: the angle of the arm holding the pin looks slightly off in the middle shot and the character looks off balance in the middle shot. This could be partially due to perspective.
Very cool concept and nice sculpting.
thats the nutorious african voodoo chicken !run for your lives !!
and now more seriousely…great concept great sculpt keep up the good job
!!
and well by saying “sharing this one with you guys”…do you mean that you have more of these @_@?
if you do please share with us the rest of them
I really dig this voodoo.chicken. Does he cast a spell of salmonella on anyone who consumes too much chicken ?
So creative and such nice volume to its form.
I’m from the Islands. I was thinking of something Voodoo to do but you do so well. . . . . LOL
Well done sir, I didn’t know what to expect when I opened this thread, but i’m glad I did. Good sculpt.
That is awesome!!! I love the concept.
very cool concept man!
The coolest sick thing ever
hahaha
I loved it!
great job
hey guys, thanks to all of you for the great comments. I’m glad that you like the concept and the model…
I didn’t expect so much interest for this thread, but I was wrong.
This model took me about 3 days in total for modeling and sculpting, I’ve finished it a day before going to siggraph, a was in a hurry. I had a plan to paint textures for this one, but I didn’t have much time. Duty calls :).
The Base model was done in maya and the rest is finished it in zbrush. I used standard ZB brushes and the transpose tool. I like the Transpose tool a lot, it helps me to find the right pose for the model. It really shortens the time needed for the final model.
…thanks to all of you guys for such a inspire work here on ZBCentral.
Without it we couldn’t improve ourselfs.
