I’m havng these rectangular artifacts showing up while sculpting. Basically the outer edges of the brush projection are visible. After sculpting, if I force a re-draw (rotate the view very slightly or toggle between subdivision levels) they go away, so it’s not messing up geometry. Depending on the severity they can be rather distracting.
Can anything be done to reduce/remove them?
What happens if you use a different material?
Same thing, only slightly less jarring depending on the material

Are you using an Alpha for the sculpting?
Just a standard brush with no alpha.
I’ve noticed that not all meshes suffer from this for some reason.
Not sure if this has something to do with it, but mostly thin meshes have the problem (such as the tunic from above, or pants)
That shouldn’t be happening.
I would try a fresh install. If that doesn’t fix it I would submit a support ticket.
Ok, I’ll try reinstalling and see what happens
Cheers
Did it help? I have the same issue on Mac Studio M4 Max.
