Hi everyone, I am not a ZBrush user and have minimal 3D experience but I am looking to get started. While researching software I was wondering if you may answer some questions for me.

I noticed that ZBrush does great with characters and portraits. I will be doing architectural modeling as well. How does ZBrush stack up to other applications?

How is the ZBrush renderer? Will I also need to invest in another renderer?

The price seems fantastic. Are there necessary upgrades or packages to complete the software or is the base all you need?
