Nose and Ears adjustments…
The teeth on the mouth seems to be only in the front, maybe you should make your mouth deeper and add more teeth. Except that I think you got the base shape.
Heavy anatomy corrections on the overall look and teeth. I’ve scaled down 2 levels.
