Maybe the round composition need this crop. But more drapery more fun and pushing the piece to a more dramatic experience. The crispy drapery is also a good choice for
gothic style. 
Yes,the decision of cutting it wasnt esthetic. Its because it will be a product for figure painters and they cry
if there a lot of the same element to paint, they feel it becomes boring with that much fabric. Also it doesnt fix in the boxes i had already printed
