Uvs deform while subdividing

I have a model with correct UVs, but when I take it to zbrush to increase divisions and add detail, then I find that the UVs become deformed as the divisions increase. I have been able to see this in Maya. But then if I unfold the high model uvs in Maya they are fixed (after waiting a while because it is very high poly).

This has never happened to me. What can I do so that my uvs are unfolded normally in zbrush when increasing the division and that they are not deformed? Because unfold in Maya is not viable and uvs move from their original position.
