UV Master use existing seams problem

I am having a problem with UV Master and the using existing seams option. Below is an object that I created in another software. It is a lady in a dress.

In the other software the UV map looks like the inmage below:

I have highlightd the dress unwrap. It is not the best, but it has a seam in the back and along the top.

After using UV Master everything looks good except the dress, which has been turned into a ball, with no seam visible at all.
Is this a bug in UV Master? If so will there be a new release soon? This is not the first time this has happened to me. Previously UV Master has also messed up one of the unfolds when using existing seams. Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I really would like to use UV Master to clean up some of my old UV Maps.

ZBrush doesn’t like any UV islands touching the edge of the UV map. Make sure they are inset from the edge a bit. It looks like you have an island in the upper left corner and 2 on the left side touching the edge of the map.

If you made the UV map in another app, you can easily check it’s integrity by going to Tool > Texture Map and clicking ‘New From UV Check’. If you see any red, then ZBrush isn’t happy with the UV map.

I did not find any red after the check (shown above). Thanks though.

I changed the initial seams to get around this problem.

This the new map after UV Master. Things are a lot better. I will consider this issue closed for now.

Is it possible to provide me the model with the original UVs for tests purposes?
