I have a problem, my enable control painting icon seems to be on top of another icon and I can’t enable it. Has anyone had a similar problem or know how to solve it?

Is the issue still there after restarting ZBrush ?
if yes then I can only suggest you to uninstall and to remake a clean installation from the latest ZBrush installer.
