UV maps overlaps against each other from 25 subtools

(Taken from the blacksmith short film for Unity 5)

I have a character with 25 subtools and its have UVs map of each one, but when I merge the model and test
morph using UV or UV Evil Master and looks like a tower of pancakes from above, mean overlapping.
I tried to use master transposition to create a low-resolution model " UV sheet " and then transfer to the high resolution.
But he is bothering me saying " It’s not a map of incompatible tools " . I jump to another form as UV subtools assigned cloned and
I take this merge checking welding and UV , but you know what, when you transfer it in high resolution UV merged includes welding and marked,
the same crap :
Its not a map tool inconsistent " or whatever.
I have used other export as the .obj poly user groups uv low poly but nothing. Please bring LIGHT ME FOR MY DARKEST HOUR !!!
