I have been using an old copy of Zbrush (4r6) my college has installed in the lab to mess around with making pleasing textures and normal maps, but I have hit a snag. the model i made was made at home ( I’m poor) on blender 3D as a result I have a nice amount of control over getting the uv’s how I like them, when i put the model in zbrush (obj format) and sculpt I have no problems, however the problems occur when I create a normal map, every time I’m met with this.

the triangles appear all over the image and overlap things,
here is another image from blender to show more of how the image should look.

this has happened on other models I tried with too, any ideas how to stop this happening?
EDIT: solved the problem by triangulating faces and setting the objects to obj groups and ob objects.
