UV Map Editing?

Is there a technique or plugin that will allow UV mapping points to be directly manipulated in ZBrush? I imported my mesh from max, and only after several SDivs and a lot of painting have I discovered a uv map error. I fixed the UV map in max and tried reimporting my mesh into the lowest SDiv level, but the number of polys and points isn’t compatible. I also tried exporting the lowest SDiv as an OBJ, bringing that mesh into max and fixing the UVs, but it won’t import back into the lowest SDiv level in ZBrush for the same reason.

If I could just grab a few UVs directly in ZBrush and move them around, all would be well.

Alternately, could I start over with a freshly imported base level mesh and transfer all of my deformation painting and vertex moves to the new one, perhaps as a displacement?

No UV-Editor in ZBrush. A few UV generator options which are pretty cool but nothing to make you happy I fear.
