UV help needed

I’m somewhat new to UVing ,when I try pasting UVs on my model from Uv master I get this screen that pops up. I have tried the suggestions on the screen and the UVs don’t work correctly
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue and how to correct? thank you

Those UVs aren’t going to work.

You need to go back and try to unwrap that shirt so a checker pattern will hold up on it. Once you do that you can start to use your UVs to do cloth patterns, etc.
