UV and Normal Maps don't Align

I’m having a problem where the UV’s and the Normal Map I get from ZBrush don’t align after I export them with FBX ExportImport, and bring them into Substance Painter.

Here’re the UV’s I get using UVMaster in ZBrush.

Here’s my Normal Map:

So far so good, but as I said, the real problem arises when I try to bring them in to Substance Painter.
Here’s what is displayed in Substance:

And here’s what happens with the Normal map:

What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

Multiple things are happening here.
Your texture need to be flipped in V before exported from Zbrush (texture>flip V).

As for your mesh that needs smoothing either during import into designer/painter or during export. I’m not actually sure if .obj files can get smoothed during export from Zbrush, but I know .fbx files can get smoothing.
