I have an idea: is it possible that I have written the script code of zbrush and wrapped it with some gui image interface programming software?
not sure what you mean by that, you can use [Note] like on that examples :

or you can create your own executable and any gui framework, genereate script from your executable, then run a zscript via the cmd line.
