well, thats really pretty much the coolest thing ive seen this year.
hopefully this is something that will be able to be developed upon fully but one thing i noticed immediately is the lack of shadows. I know that it is still something in development but i wonder how far they have got with lighting their mega-models…
Really amazing technology from what i can see, I’d love to see where it goes.
This coupled with the Unreal engines shader technology would be a quantum leap in CG. This is one step closer to photreal CG in real-time (no rendering).
I’m really curious to see where it goes.
