Uninstall on Z4

I did a successful install yesterday and had trouble with the new plugins which started a succession of other problems that I won’t go into now. So I did a complete uninstall of everything. I do have a new license number and know that the link they send you can only be used once. So should I submit a new ticket? Is there another way around this? Being that I have this license is there a way I can get a new activation code? Deleting zbrush was my only and last solution for this. All kinds of things were happening to my desktop when I tried to open up zbrush. I’m thinking that maybe I should take a break for a few days being that the server is probably overwhelmed with all this new traffic. Anyway all suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Your UPGRADE link is not your DOWNLOAD link. The download link is in the email that has your serial number, which was sent to you right after you upgraded.

You should also delete your ZBrush 4 folder before you reinstall. This makes sure that there are no corrupt files left over from the old installation.

After installing you’ll need to do a new Web Activation to create a new activation code. Any time you install ZBrush you always need to start with a new web activation, since activation codes can only be used once.
