Hi, I need to reformat my hard drive, install a new OS and reinstall everything.
What is the correct process for deactivating zbrush and reactivating once I have the new OS running?

First, launch ZBrush and click Zplugin>Deactivation>Web Deactivation. Complete and submit the web form that will launch in order to complete the deactivation. Otherwise, this activation will continue to be counting against the serial number even though it can no longer be launched.
To uninstall on Windows, use the standard uninstallation method through the Control Panel. On Mac, simply delete the ZBrush 4 folder.
After you’ve done everything with your computer, simply reinstall and use Web Activation again.
