Very nice, I like it alot, the only thing that I think could be improved is the texturing round the chest
Wow! That’s one cool Lycan. It looks like the base wasn’t made out of zspheres, was it? If not, may we see the polymesh?

i would work more on the high res detailes. 
I’m kinda seeing that you’re texturing this character same way as your seahorse. Maybe add a little different color scheme? but other than that, it looks scary
