Unable to start ZBrush Trial? - Answered

When ZBrush starts a dialog pops up saying “We’re sorry but ZBrush is unable to retrieve a valid computer ID for your machine. This prevents the ZBrush 4 Trial from being launched on your computer.”

Any thoughts?
