I got a ztl file. I tried to open it in zbrush, but I got error message and unable to open the file. My zbrush is 3.1, and I believe the file was created in zbrush 3.5.
Can this be a problem?
ZBrush 3.1 cannot open 3.5 ztl files. You need to export as an obj from 3.5 then import that into 3.1.
