UI Customization Cutting Off at Screen Edges

I just got a new Surface Pro and am setting up my UI to be a bit more user friendly with the small screen, but I’m having some difficulty placing and removing buttons at the very edges of the screen. When I enable customization, zbrush displays all of the shelves and pushes everything towards the middle of the screen. When I finish moving everything around and disable it again I find that the buttons I have placed at the edges aren’t actually close to the edges at all and that there are buttons that I was unable to remove because they are pushed off the screen while I’m editing the UI. Am I missing something really obvious here? Can I enable customization without all of the empty shelves opening up?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I have scaled my windows UI down as a work around, but I’d still like to know if there is any way to do this in zbrush itself. It seems like something that should be possible.

You can turn off the menu names at the top of the UI by pressing the “Menus” button at the top right. This will give you a little more room. But there’s no way to stop the movement when enabling customize. When building a custom UI on a small screen it can be easier to start from one of the less cluttered interfaces so you don’t have to delete items half off the screen. (You can cycle through interface arrangements using the buttons at the top right of the UI.)

A way to access to the bottom items is to change the orientation of the screen temporarily to vertical. It is obviously uncomfortable to work in a monitor with the wrong orientation but this would be only to remove or add those extra items in the interface.
